Once the refund window has passed, "no cancellations or refunds" will be provided.Membership subscriptions can be canceled anytime to prevent "future billing", but "past payments are non-refundable".4. Coaching, Consulting, or Live SessionsFor one-to-one coaching, group coaching, or live sessions:Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session.
Late cancellations or no-shows are "non-refundable".
Rescheduling is allowed once, subject to availability.5. Webinars, Workshops, and EventsIf the event is "recorded", no refunds will be issued once access is granted.
If the event is "live", cancellation requests must be made 15 days prior to the event date.
No refunds will be provided for missed sessions.6. Exceptional CircumstancesRefunds may be considered on a "case-by-case basis" for exceptional situations (such as duplicate payments or proven technical failure), at our sole discretion.7.
